Are you looking for an exciting and interdisciplinary position in the field of Artificial Intelligence and would like to use your knowledge in Nursing Science, Medical Informatics, Project Management and/or Data Science to actively participate in the implementation of a research project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF)?  

Apply now for the position as student assistant in the research project KIP-SDM. 

The aim of the project is to minimize the fall rates in the hospital and improve nursing by using AI-based fall prevention. As a contact person for the Evangelical Geriatric Center Berlin (EGZB), you will participate in weekly meetings with other project partners (Charité, BHT, etc.) and have the opportunity to actively shape the research project. In particular, you should keep track of treatment data in the EGZB and be responsible for their management and organization.

Your profile 

You are enrolled in a university, preferably with a reference to health sciences / in the field of Data Science, and have very good knowledge of common standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). First knowledge and experience in programming (e.g. Python) are advantageous. Furthermore, we appreciate a responsible and independent way of working, commitment, and flexibility. For the advertised position, enjoyment in dealing with complex problems and analytical thinking is advantageous.
